As a former expat with 14 years abroad in China, Cambodia and North Africa, I understand the rewards and challenges of international life—adjusting to new cultures and new jobs, missing family, and managing stress or anxiety. Now based in Canada, I offer compassionate, culturally sensitive counselling for expats and international students in your time zone to help you feel grounded and supported, wherever you are.
